Booking
[edit]Does the clinic accept walk-ins?
[edit]No. The clinic does not accept walk-ins. All appointments must be booked in advance, because the schedule is often fully booked, sometimes weeks ahead.[1]
How do I book?
[edit]Bookings are taken through WhatsApp, email, Instagram, Facebook and other messaging platforms. The clinic's LINE ID is @thecosmoclinic and its main telephone number is 02 038 2423.[2][3]
Is a deposit required?
[edit]New patients who book pay a non-refundable deposit of ฿2,000 (about US$60), or ฿5,000 (about US$150) for higher-priced treatments. The deposit may be waived for returning clients at the clinic's discretion.[1] It is paid through PayPal and deducted from the treatment cost on the day.[2]
Why does the clinic take deposits?
[edit]The clinic states that deposits were introduced because of a high number of no-shows and last-minute cancellations, and that they reserve dedicated time with a doctor.[1]
Can I choose my doctor?

Cancellations and rescheduling
[edit]Can I get my deposit back?
[edit]No. Deposits are non-refundable whatever the reason for cancellation.[1]
Can I reschedule?
[edit]An appointment can be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours' notice.[1]
What happens if I miss my appointment?
[edit]A no-show or a cancellation with less than 48 hours' notice forfeits the deposit. Late arrivals are accommodated where possible, but the appointment may be delayed depending on the doctor's availability.[1]
What if my flight is cancelled?
[edit]The clinic states that it will review genuine emergencies, such as cancelled or delayed flights, at its discretion. Patients should contact the clinic through WhatsApp with any supporting documents.[1]
Can I change treatment on the day?
[edit]Yes. If a patient chooses a different treatment on the day, the deposit can be applied to any other service at the clinic.[1]
Consultations
[edit]Are consultations free?
[edit]In-person doctor consultations are not free. For most treatments, a doctor consultation is included in the appointment on the day.[1]
Can I get advice before I travel?
[edit]Yes. Patients can send photographs and details of their concerns in advance, which the team reviews with a doctor to give initial recommendations. Online consultations are available for some treatments.[1]
How long will my appointment take?

Payment and prices

[edit]Cash, credit and debit cards, and online payment. The clinic does not accept Apple Pay.[1]
Is The Cosmo Clinic a budget clinic?
[edit]No. The clinic describes itself as "not a budget clinic" and states that it uses trusted medical brands and experienced doctors.[1] Published starting prices begin at ฿999.[4]
Are there promotions?
[edit]The clinic runs promotions and discounts that change regularly and announces them on its social media channels.[1]

Which languages do staff speak?
