The Cosmo Clinic, also known as Cosmo Beauty Clinic, is a private medical aesthetics and wellness clinic in Bangkok, Thailand. It is operated by The Cosmo Clinic Co., Ltd. and has run since 2015.[2] It has three branches, all in shopping malls: CentralPlaza Pinklao in Bangkok Noi, The Mall Tha Phra in Thon Buri, and CentralPlaza Rama 3 in Yan Nawa.[3]

The clinic offers non-surgical treatments in six groups: injectables, non-surgical face lifting, intravenous (IV) drip therapy, laser and skin treatments, body contouring and weight management, and retail skincare products.[1] It treats Thai, expatriate and international patients in Thai and English.[2] Each branch holds a clinic licence from the Thai Ministry of Public Health. Medical procedures are performed by physicians registered with the Medical Council of Thailand.[2]

Published starting prices range from ฿999 for a vitamin IV drip or a soft-pulse laser session to ฿24,999 for a box of Sculptra.[12][13][14] The clinic does not accept walk-ins; all appointments are booked in advance.[11]

History and naming

[edit]

The Cosmo Clinic Co., Ltd. has operated the clinic since 2015, and its website carries a copyright notice dating from that year.[2]

The clinic trades as "The Cosmo Clinic" on its signage and website. Its own fact page also gives "Cosmo Beauty Clinic" as an alternative name,[1] the same name as its web domain, cosmobeautyclinic.com.

Licensing and regulation

[edit]

Each of the three branches operates under a clinic licence from Thailand's Ministry of Public Health.[2][1] The clinic states that injectable and other physician-only treatments are performed by doctors registered with the Medical Council of Thailand. It publishes each doctor's licence number so patients can check it on the council's public register.[2][4][15]

Its clinical team page describes three tiers of staff. Doctors handle medical consultation, assessment, treatment planning and physician-only procedures. Nurses handle patient preparation, assisting doctors, monitoring, infection control and aftercare. Head therapists provide non-medical aesthetic services and device support "within their training", and the page states that they do not replace assessment by a licensed physician.[4]

Injectables

[edit]

The clinic offers three brands of botulinum toxin type A: Botox by Allergan (United States), Xeomin by Merz (Germany) and Nabota by Daewoong Pharmaceutical (South Korea).[5] Listed uses include forehead lines, frown lines and crow's feet, masseter (jaw) reduction and hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating).[1] The clinic states that dose and injection pattern are adjusted to each patient.[5]

Hyaluronic-acid dermal fillers are offered in the e.p.t.q., Restylane and Juvéderm ranges. These are used for volume, lip enhancement, contouring and static lines.[6] The clinic also offers Profhilo, a hyaluronic-acid "skin booster" made by the Italian company IBSA,[16] the polynucleotide injectables Rejuran Healer and Rejuran i,[17] and Sculptra, a poly-L-lactic acid biostimulator usually given in two or three sessions four to six weeks apart.[14]

Lifting and tightening

The clinic's main lifting treatment is Ultherapy PRIME. This is a microfocused-ultrasound device with real-time imaging, developed by Merz Aesthetics and cleared by the US Food and Drug Administration.[18] The clinic owns its Ultherapy PRIME system.[19] It gives treatment times of 40–90 minutes.[18] CleverThai describes Ultherapy PRIME as one of the clinic's flagship treatments.[20]

Other lifting options are HIFU under the clinic's own name "Divine Ultra Lift",[21] the Ultraformer 4D device,[22][1] absorbable thread lifts priced per thread,[23] radiofrequency face firming and 3Deep fractional radiofrequency.[1]

IV therapy

[edit]

IV treatments include vitamin drips of about 45 minutes,[12] a whitening drip sold as Cosmo Perfect White (CPW),[24] and NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) infusions. The clinic states that formulations are set after a consultation.[1]

Skin and laser treatments

[edit]

Skin services are sold as named programmes. Acne is treated through Cosmo Acne Clear (CAC),[25] and acne scars through Renew Dermadeep Factor (RDF), a microneedling-based protocol.[26] The clinic's CO2 "NEO Skin Laser" (NSL) sessions take 30–90 minutes.[27] Soft Pulsed Laser (SPL-F) is a broad-spectrum light treatment used both for skin tone and for hair reduction, with two to five sessions typically recommended for hair.[13][28] Facials include collagen, stem-cell, oxygen-infusion and rehydration treatments.[1]

Body and weight

[edit]

Body treatments include Super VelaShape Slimming (SVS),[29] Cryo Lipolysis (CLP) for localised fat reduction,[30] and vibration and body-wrap treatments.[1]

Booking and policies

[edit]

The clinic does not accept walk-ins. All appointments must be booked in advance, and the clinic states that it is often booked well ahead, sometimes more than a month in advance.[11][31] Bookings are made through WhatsApp, email, Instagram, Facebook or other messaging platforms.[31] New patients who book pay a non-refundable deposit of ฿2,000 (about US$60), or ฿5,000 for higher-priced treatments, through PayPal. The deposit is deducted from the treatment cost on the day.[31][11]

An appointment can be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours' notice. A no-show or late cancellation forfeits the deposit. The clinic says it will review genuine emergencies such as cancelled flights at its discretion.[11] In-person consultations are not free. Patients can send photographs for a doctor to review before booking, and online consultations are available for some treatments.[11] The clinic accepts cash, cards and online payment, but not Apple Pay. Patients may ask for a specific doctor.[11]

Awards and recognition

In 2024 Galderma, the authorised distributor of Sculptra in Thailand,[9] included the clinic in its "Top 20 Distinguished Award 2024". The trophy says the award recognises the clinic's partnership with Galderma during 2024.[10]

Documented CleverThai reports two earlier Galderma awards: a Customer High Recognition Award from Galderma Thailand in 2023, and a place in the "Top 100 Customer Excellence Hall of Fame" at Galderma's 2024 award night.[9]

In 2025 the clinic received a Gold award at the NABOTA Awards 2025. NABOTA and Allergan are the clinic's two standard botulinum-toxin brands.[10][32][1]

As of October 2026 the three branches had a combined Google rating of 4.8 out of 5 from 636 reviews.[8] ThailandClinics publishes a summary of the reviews for each branch, based on 100 to 129 verified Google reviews per branch.[33][34][35]

Reviewers at all three branches describe the clinics as clean and well kept, and the doctors and staff as giving clear advice.[33][34][35] At Central Pinklao, international patients mention fast WhatsApp replies, hotel pick-up and drop-off, private treatment rooms and complimentary drinks. Some patients have been returning for close to seven years.[33] At Central Rama 3, reviewers say a doctor oversees each treatment from start to finish and that aftercare medication is provided after laser treatments. They also describe the prices and promotions as good value.[34] At The Mall Tha Phra, reviewers single out underarm laser hair removal. Long-term patients, some visiting for more than two years, return for facials, acne extraction and vitamin drips.[35]

Staff are often praised by name, including Dr. Air (Dr. Palitta Parichatkul) at Central Rama 3, for a gentle touch and patient explanations.[34][33]

Guides and listings

[edit]

Documented TheSmartLocal included the clinic in its 2026 guide to aesthetic clinics in Bangkok, describing it as known for Ultherapy and laser facial treatments.[36]

Documented CleverThai has reviewed the clinic in three guides. Its 2026 guide to Ulthera Prime clinics in Thailand lists it second and notes bilingual staff, licensed doctors, mall parking and a choice of device generations. It names the clinic's strict deposit and cancellation rules as a drawback.[37] Its guide to Ulthera Prime providers in Bangkok gives the clinic an overall rating of A+, with a Google review score of 4.8 out of 5.[20] Its guide to Sculptra clinics rates it B+, with Google and Facebook review scores of 4.7 and 4.9, and describes it as LGBTQ+ friendly.[9]

Coverage of treatments

[edit]

Articles on Ultherapy and botulinum toxin in Bangkok draw on conversations with the clinic's doctors. These cover how the clinic shows patients the Ultherapy device authentication at consultation, and why it uses Allergan and Nabota as standard brands.[38][32] Doctorspot names the clinic among Bangkok clinics that offer both brands and explain the differences at consultation.[39] Articles on wellness and medical tourism in Thailand name the clinic among providers serving international visitors.[40][41]
